Why attend this workshop?
This workshop will provide you with an opportunity to explore and understand the different ways you can actively care for your mental wellbeing and build good self-care practices for every day.
The programme provides an opportunity for you to learn more about:
- Practicing self-care: building your own self-care toolkit that includes healthy habits.
- Understanding thoughts: encouraging you to notice your thinking patterns and increase positive emotions to support your wellbeing.
- Building positive relationships: we will explore ways you can nurture, value and foster positive relationships, which are so important for mental wellbeing.
- Improving resilience: you will learn about the building blocks of resilience including the importance of focussing on strengths.
